Motion by Councilmember Jeffrey, seconded by Councilmember Elvig, to authorize the City to <br />enter into an indemnification agreement with RTC, LLC, Sharp & Associates, LLC and PSC, <br />LLC permitting an early start for construction of a 52,000 .square foot building on part of Outlot <br />W, RTC Addition, subject to City. Attorney minor revisions to the form of agreement. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Gamec, Councilmemlsers Jeffrey, Elvig, Cook, Olson, <br />Pearson, and Strommen. Voting No: None. <br /> <br />Jim Deal stated he appreciates the help of City staff in expediting things.
