<br />rezoning ordinance can be introduced tonight or it can be introduced after hearing from the
<br />Metropolitan Council regarding the Comprehensive Plan Amendment.

<br />Motion by Councilmember Cook, seconded by Councilmember Olson, to adopt Resolution #05-
<br />il-390 adopting Findings of Fact #0747 relating to a request from GM Land Development to
<br />rezone certain property from B-1 Business and Public/Quasi-Public to Planned Unit
<br />Development; and R-1 Residential to Public/Quasi-Public.

<br />Further discussion: Councilmember Elvig invited the developer to speak and commented that
<br />the development looks very good. Gene Shellerud, GM Land Company and GM Homes, stated
<br />GM Homes is proud to be located in Ramsey again.
