P..,- I0 Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: 'RESOLUTION #05-12-,~....KX RESOLUTION APPROVING 2r~t) FINAL PAYMENT TO STRUCTURAL BUILDINGS FOR THE RE-SIDING OF THE METAL STRUCTURE AT THE PUBLIC WORKS CAMPUS WHEREASi On December 14, 2004 the City Council passed Resolution 04-12-375 authorizing the solicitation of bids for re-siding the existing metal building at the Public Works Calllp LIS. WHEREAS, on April 26, 2005 the Ramsey City Council passed resolution #05-04-113 awarding fine contract for the re-siding of the metal structure at the Public Works cm'npus tO Structural Buildings in the amount of $163,979.00; and WHEREAS, Street Supervisor, Grant Riemer.has inspected the completed work and recommends partial payment to Stmctm'al Buildings in the amount of $46,0.00.00. WHEREAS, Street Supervisor, Grant Riemer has inspected the completed work and recommends final payment to Structural Buildings in the amount orS I 17,979.00. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOICa~ COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, aS follows: · 1) That the City Council hereby authorizes partial payrnent to Structural B~.tildings for Re- siding of metal structure in the amount orS1 I7,979.00. 2) That the City Council hereby accepts 'the project and authorizes the Mayor or City Administrator to sign the release form for this payment, 3) That the total amount of this payment is not included in resolutions approving payment of bills for the date of December 13, 2005. 4) That the City of' Ramsey Finance Department will be provided a signed copy of this resolution.
