Councilmember __ introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION #05-12-XXX RESOLUTION APPROVING 12TM PARTIAL PAYMENT TO RICHARD KNUTSON, INC. FOR IMPROVEMENT PROJECT #98-14 (TRUNK HIGHWAY #47 STP PROJECT) WHEREAS, on February 8, 2000, the Ramsey City Co~mcil approved Improvement Project Trunk Hi~hway #47 STP as a non-assessment project; and WHEREAS, on April 25, 2000, the Ramsey City Council adopted Resolution #00- 04-108 awarding the bid for Trunk HighWay//47 STP project to-Richard Knutson, Inc. in the amount of $4,288,321.34; and WHEREAS, City Engineer, Steve Jankowsld has insPected the completed work and recommends 12th partial payment to R/chard Knutson, Inc. in the amount of $33,595.07. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: !) That the City Council hereby authorizes 12th partial pa)~,ment to Richard F2_utson, Inc. for Trunk Highway//47 STP in the amount of $33,595.07.. 2) That the City Council hereby accepts the project and authorizes the Mayor or City Administrator to sign the release form for this payment. 3) That the total amount of this payment is not included in resolutions approving payment of bills for the date of December 13th, 2005. 4) That the City of Ramsey Finance Department will be provided a signed copy of this resolution.
