C, -I$ Councihnember introduced the following resolution and moved-for its adoption: RESOLUTION #05-12-XXX RESOLUTION RECEIVING REPORT AND CALLING A PUBLIC HEARING ON IMPROVEMENT PROJECT #06-02 (SEALCOAT AND ,CRACKFILL ST. FRANCIS BLVD FRONTAGE ROAD, SUNWOOD DRIVE, ALPINE DRIVE, WACO STREET IN SECTION 24 ) WHEREAS, pursuant to a motion of the Ramsey Public Works Committee, adopted December 13, '2005, a feasibility study for the 2006 Street Maintenance Program has been prepared by Steve Jankowski, City Engineer, with reference to Improvement Project #06-02 (Sealcoat and Crackfill St. Francis Blvd Frontage Road} Sunwood Drive, 5Vaco Street in Section 24); and WHEREAS, the report was received by the Ramsey City Council on December 13, 2005 which indicates the following.: Estimated total cost of project Estimated total assessment $37,900 $2,550 Estimated assessment per unit $100 (3-year term) NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOL.VED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) That the Ramsey City Council will consider the improvements of crackfilling and sealcoating of such streets in accordance with the report and the assessment of abutting property for all or a portion of the cost of the improvement pursuant to Minnesota Statutes Chapter 429 and the Ramsey City Code Section 4.60 at an estimated total cost of $37,900. 2) That a public heating shall be held on such proposed improvement on the 24th day of January, 2006 at Ramsey Fire Station, 15050 Armstrong Boulevard NW at 7:00 p.m. and the City Administrator shall give mailed and published notice of such heating and improvement as required by law.
