Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for it~ RESOLUTION #05-12- ..XX_X adoption: RESOLUTION RECEIVING REPORT AND CALLING A PUBLIC HEARING ON IMPROVEMENT PROJECT #06-06 (OVERLAY FOREST HIDEAWAY) WHEREAS, pursuant to a motion of the Ramsey public Works Committee, adopted DeCember 13, 2005, a feasibility study for the 2006 Street Maintenance. Program has been prepared by Steve Jankowski, City Engineer, with reference to Improvement Project #06-06 (Overlay Forest Hideway); .and WHEREAS, the report was received by the Ramsey City Council on December 13, 2005 which indicates the following: Estimated total cost of project Estimated total assessment $22,827 Estimated assessment per unit (3-year term) $951.12 NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) That the Ramsey' City Council will consider the improvements of crackfilling and sealcoating of such streets in accordance with the report and the assessment of abutting property for all or a portion of the 'cost of the improvement pursuant to Minnesota Statutes Chapter 429 and the Ramsey City Code Section 4.60 at an estimated total cost of $45,654. 2) That a public hearing shall be held on such propoSed improvement on the 24th day of January, 2006 at Ramsey Fire station, 15050 Armstrong Boulevard NW at 7:00 p.m. and the City Administrator shall give mailed and published notice of such hearing and improvement as required by law.
