Councilrnember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION #05-12-XXX RESOLUTION RECEIVING REPORT AND CALLING A PUBLIC HEARING ON IMPROVEMENT PROJECT #06-07 (OVERLAY OAKRIDGE ESTATES) WHEREAS, pursuant to a motion of the Ramsey Public Works Committee, adopted December 13, 2005, a feasibility study for the 2006 Street Maintenance Program has been prepared by Steve Jankowski, City 'Engineer, with reference to Improvement Project #06-07 (Overlay Oakridge Estates); and WHEREAS, the report was received by the Ramsey City Council on December 13, 2005 which indicates the following: Estimated total cost of project $116,720 Estimated total assessment $58,360 Estimated assessment per unit (3-year term) NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) That the Ramsey City Council will consider the improvements of crackfilling and sealcoating of such streets in accordance with the report and the assessment of abutting property for all or a portion of the cost of the improvement pursuant to Minnesota Statutes Chapter 429 and the Ramsey City Code Section 4.60 at an estimated total cost of $116,720. 2) That a public hearing shall be held on such proposed improvement on the 24th day of January, 2006 at Ramsey Fire Station, 1.5050 Armstrong Boulevard NW. at 7:00 p.m. and 'the City Administrator shall give mailed and published notice of such hearing and improvement as required by law.
