On September 13, 2005, the HRA adopted a Resolution initiating process for <br />establishment of a redevelopment plan and at its regular meeting of September 13, <br />2005, City Council adopted a resolution initiating process ifor approval of the <br />redevelopment project area and called for a public hearing on the redevelopment plan. <br /> <br />The HRA will be asked to adopt a resolution approving the redevelopment project area <br />and plan at its regular meeting of December 13, 2005. <br /> <br />Council Action: <br /> <br />Motion to adopt Resolution #05-12-XXX approving redeyelopment project area and plan. <br /> <br />PH: 12/13/05 <br /> <br />-304- <br /> <br /> <br />
