Councilmember <br /> <br />introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #05-12- -.. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION DENYING THE ISSUANCE OF AN INTERIM USE PERMIT TO <br />OPERATE A SIGN BUSINESS IN AN ACCESSORy BUILDING IN A RESIDENTIAL <br />DISTRICT AND SPECIFYING THAT THE BUSINESS MUST BE VACATED FROM <br />THE RESIDENTIAL PROPERTY NO LATER THAN MARCH 31, 2006 <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Robert Guzzo, hereinafter referred to as "Applicant", has properly applied <br />to the City of Ramsey (the "City") for an Interim Use Permit (Permit) to operate a sign business <br />in an accessory building on the property located at 6160 Green Valley Road and legally described <br />as follows: <br /> <br />Lot 1, Block 2, Fox Ridge Estates, A-noka County, Minnesota <br /> <br />(the "Subject Property"); and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council met on December 13, 2005 to review'the request for an <br />interim use permit to operate a sign business in an accessory building on the Subject Property. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council adopted Resolution 05-12-__ adopting Findings of Fact <br /># relating to the Applicant's request for a Permit to operate a sign business in an accessory <br />building in a residential district. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1) This permit is denied pursuant to Section 9.03.06 of the Ramsey City Code, based on <br /> Findings of Fact fi <br /> <br />2) The business must be vacated from the residential property no later than March 31, 2006. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution, was duly seconded by Councilmember <br /> , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor <br />thereof: <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council <br />this the 13~}' day of December, 2005. <br /> <br />-341- <br /> <br /> <br />
