Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION #05-12- -.. RESOLUTION DENYING THE ISSUANCE OF AN INTERIM USE PERMIT TO OPERATE A SIGN BUSINESS IN AN ACCESSORy BUILDING IN A RESIDENTIAL DISTRICT AND SPECIFYING THAT THE BUSINESS MUST BE VACATED FROM THE RESIDENTIAL PROPERTY NO LATER THAN MARCH 31, 2006 WHEREAS, Robert Guzzo, hereinafter referred to as "Applicant", has properly applied to the City of Ramsey (the "City") for an Interim Use Permit (Permit) to operate a sign business in an accessory building on the property located at 6160 Green Valley Road and legally described as follows: Lot 1, Block 2, Fox Ridge Estates, A-noka County, Minnesota (the "Subject Property"); and WHEREAS, the City Council met on December 13, 2005 to review'the request for an interim use permit to operate a sign business in an accessory building on the Subject Property. WHEREAS, the City Council adopted Resolution 05-12-__ adopting Findings of Fact # relating to the Applicant's request for a Permit to operate a sign business in an accessory building in a residential district. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) This permit is denied pursuant to Section 9.03.06 of the Ramsey City Code, based on Findings of Fact fi 2) The business must be vacated from the residential property no later than March 31, 2006.
