ORDINANCE NO. 05-12 <br /> <br /> CITY OF RAMSEY '. <br />ANOKA COUNTY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE VACATING AN EASEMENT FOR DRAINAGE AND UTILITY <br />PURPOSES IN THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />The City of Ramsey Ordains: <br /> <br />SECTION 1. AUTHORITY <br /> <br />This ordinance is adopted pursuant to and under the authority of fhe Home Rule Charter of the <br />City of Ramsey, Section 12.06 and Minnesota Statutes 412.851 <br /> <br />SECTION 2. VACATION <br /> <br />The dedicated drainage and utility easements are hereby vacated as legally described as the <br />following, to wit: <br /> <br /> the drainage and utility easements along the common property line between Lot 1, <br /> Block 1, and Outlot A, as dedicated on the recorded plat of Clemens Addition, Anoka <br /> County, Minnesota <br /> <br />SECTION 3.
