ORDINANCE NO. 05-12 <br /> <br /> CITY OFRAMSEY -, <br />ANOKA COUNTY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE VACATING AN EASEMENT FOR DRAINAGE 'AND <br />PURPOSES IN THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />The City of Ramsey Ordains: ' <br /> <br />UTILITY <br /> <br />SECTION 1. AUTHORITY <br /> <br />This ordinance is adopted pursuant to and under the authority, of the Home Rule Charter of the <br />City of Ramsey, Section 12.06 and Minnesota Statutes 412.851 <br /> <br />SECTION 2. VACATION <br /> <br />The dedicated drainage and utility easements are hereby vacated on the following described <br />parcels, to wit: <br /> <br />Lot 3, Block 1, Ramsey 67 Industrial Park, 1st Additign, Anoka County, MN <br />Lot 4, Block 10akridge Industrial Park, Anoka County, MN. <br /> <br />SECTION 3.
