EXHIBIT A Permanent Street and Utility Easement PARCEL 6 A permanent street and utility easement over, under and across the most Westerly 38 feet of the following described parcel: That part of the Northwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of Section 23, Township 32, Range 25, Anoka County, Minnesota, as follows, to-wit: Con~mencing at the Northwesterly comer of the Northwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter; thence southerly along the west line of said Northwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter a distance of 330.39 feet to the actual point of beginning of the tract to be herein described; thence continuing southerly on the west line of said Northwest Quarter of Northeast Quarter a distance of 165.20 feet; thence easterly on a straight line to.a point on. the east line of said Northwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter a distance of 495.59 feet south of the north line of said Northwest Quarter of the Northeast Quart_er; thence Northerly along said East line of said Northwest Quarter of Northeast Quarter a distance of 165.20 feet; thence Westerly a distance of 1,327.03 Feet to the point of beginning of the tract herein described.
