CITY COUNCIL <br />CITY OF RAMSEY <br />ANOKA COUNTY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />The Ramsey City Council conducted a regular meeting on Tuesday, November 22, at the <br />Ramsey Fire Station Number I, 15050 Nowthen Boulevard NW, Ramsey, Minnesota. <br /> <br />Members Present: <br /> <br />Mayor Thomas Gamec <br />Councilmember Todd Cook <br />Councilmember David Elvig <br />Councilmember David Jeffrey <br />Councilmember Mary Jo Olson <br />Councilmember A1 Pearson <br />Councilmember Sarah Strommen <br /> <br />Members Absent: None <br /> <br />Also Present: <br /> <br />City Administrator James E. Norman <br />Finance Officer Diana Lund <br />Public Works Director Dean Kapler <br />Ass't Community Development Dir/HRA Executive Dir. Sylvia Frolik <br />Community Development Director Patrick Trudgeon <br />Police Chief James Way <br />City Attorney William Goodrich <br /> <br />CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec called the regular meeting of the City Council to order at 7:04 p.m. and called <br />upon Boy Scout Anthony Luchita of Troop 2524 to lead in the Pledge of Allegiance. <br /> <br />Anthony Luchita stated he is present at the City Council meeting to summarize the views of the <br />Council for a scout merit badge. <br /> <br />Five students of Elk River High School introduced themselves and stated they are present at the <br />Council meeting tonight to fulfill a government class requirement. <br /> <br />SWEARING IN OF FIRE FIGHTER CHAD MULHERON <br /> <br />Public Works Director Kapler conducted the swearing in of Chad Mulheron as a paid on-call fire <br />fighter. <br /> <br />City Council / November 22, 2005 <br /> Page 2 of 23 <br /> <br /> <br />
