This <br /> project will include new curb and gutter, in anticipation of some traffic calming configurations, reconstructed pavement, <br /> sidewalk and boulevard trees. The project also includes sidewalk down 142nd Avenue from DysprosiUm to the park. <br /> <br /> , .Justification } <br />{This section of Dysprosium Street has had numerous complaints regarding traffic calming issues. The roadway was <br />Iconstructed in 1985 and 1987 and is approaching its 20 year service life.
