The western half of the <br />Iproject will r,e, quire the reconstruction of 0.7 miles of 166th Avenue, Alpaca Ave. and 163rd Ave. to MSA standards. <br />[The proiect v~ill include property acquisition and residential relocation. <br /> <br /> Justification <br />This roadway rePresents and east-west collector ~street through the center of the City.
