The first is immediately available, and consists of <br />extending the access trail to the pla), equipment.-around the cul de sac easterly to right-of-way on 148th lane. This <br />provides resident of.Regency Ponds more ora direct access to the park. ' <br /> <br />The second connection, further, to the east, would require acquisition of part of the lot presently managed by MPCA. <br />This would allow for street, and/or trail connections from 148th to the'cul de sac of Garnet Street, and thereby improve <br />access to both Peltzer and Alpine Parks - as well as provide a circuitous walking loop within these neighborhoods.
