Motion by Commissioner Ostrum, seconded by Commissioner Johns, to approve the bridge <br />design and recommend that City Council authorize staff to complete the Cottonwood Park bridge <br />utilizing the previously designated $4,000 in EDA monies. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Chair Cook, Commissioners Ostrum, Johns, Asfahl, LaMere, and <br />Ostrum. VotingNo: None. <br /> <br />COMMISSION/STAFF INPUT <br /> <br />1) Note Multi City Staffing Survey <br /> <br />2) Note Anoka County Parks Fly Fishing Seminar <br /> <br />3) Improvement Project Report <br /> <br />4) Joint Meeting with the City Council on September 14th at 5:30 p.m. at Riversbend Park <br /> <br />Consensus of the Commission was to change the August meeting to Solstice Park. <br /> <br />5) Lake Itasca Trail <br /> <br />Parks/Utilities Supervisor Boos reviewed a letter that was received by a resident on July 11, 2000 <br />requesting that the City pave the small link from the Northfork development to the Shady Lawn <br />subdivision on the Lake Itasca Trail alignment. <br /> <br />ADJOURNMENT <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Asfahl, seconded by Commissioner Ostrum, to adjourn the meeting. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Chair Cook, Commissioners Asfahl, Ostrum, Johns, LaMere, and <br />Rolfe.
