<br />Councilmember Musgrove introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #22-287 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ORDERING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR IMPROVEMENT <br />PROJECT #23-06, 2023 MSA PAVEMENT OVERLAY IMPROVEMENTS <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Ramsey proposes to overlay the pavement on numerous <br />Municipal State Aid (MSA) street segments in 2023 as identified within the 2023 – 2032 Capital <br />Improvement Program; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to Ramsey City Council Resolution #22-250, adopted November <br />th <br />7, 2022, the City Council accepted and awarded the proposal to Bolton & Menk, Inc., for <br />topographic survey of the project area; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, City Staff has the capacity to prepare plans and specifications for <br />Improvement Project #23-06, 2023 MSA Pavement Overlay Improvements. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA: <br /> <br />1) The Ramsey City Council hereby orders the City Engineer to prepare plans and <br />specifications for Improvement Project #23-06, 2023 MSA Pavement Overlay <br />Improvements. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />Specht, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br /> Mayor Kuzma <br /> Councilmember Musgrove <br /> Councilmember Specht <br /> Councilmember Heineman <br /> Councilmember Howell <br /> Councilmember Riley <br /> Councilmember Woestehoff <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br /> None <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br /> None <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />
