ORDINANI~E #05-19 <br /> <br /> CITY OF RAMSEY <br /> ANOKA COUNTY <br /> STATE O1: MINNESOTA <br /> AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING <br /> THE SALE OF CERTAIN CITY OWNED <br /> PROPERTY LOCATED IN THE CITY OF <br /> RAMSEY. <br /> The City of Ramsey Ordains: <br /> SECTION 1. PURPOSE <br /> It is the purpose of this Ordinance <br /> to authorize the City to sell certain real <br /> properb/which prope~y the City Council <br /> has determined is no longer necessary <br /> for the City's purposes. Th s ordinance <br /> is adopted pursuant to and under the <br /> authority of Section 12.05 of the City <br /> Charter. <br /> SECTION 2. SALE AUTHORIZATION <br /> The City Council hereby declares the <br /> following legafly described real property <br /> owned by the City, as surplus property <br /> and hereby authorizes its sale.
