ORDINANI~E #05-19 CITY OF RAMSEY ANOKA COUNTY STATE O1: MINNESOTA AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE SALE OF CERTAIN CITY OWNED PROPERTY LOCATED IN THE CITY OF RAMSEY. The City of Ramsey Ordains: SECTION 1. PURPOSE It is the purpose of this Ordinance to authorize the City to sell certain real properb/which prope~y the City Council has determined is no longer necessary for the City's purposes. Th s ordinance is adopted pursuant to and under the authority of Section 12.05 of the City Charter. SECTION 2. SALE AUTHORIZATION The City Council hereby declares the following legafly described real property owned by the City, as surplus property and hereby authorizes its sale.
