ORDINANCE #05-31 CITY OF RAMSEY ANOKA COUNTY STATE OF MINNESOTA AN ORDINANCE VACATING AN EASEMENT FOR DRAINAGE AND UTILI"~f PURPOSES IN THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, MINNESOTA The City of Ramsey Ordains: SECTION 1. AUTHORITY This Ordinance is adopted pursuant to and under the authority of the Home Rule Charter of the City of Ramsey, Section 12.06 and Minnesota Statutes 412.851. SECTION 2. VACATION The dedicated drainage and utility easements are hereby vacated on the f~l- lowing described parcels, to wit: Lot 3, Block 1, Ramsey 67 Industrial Park, 1st Addition, Anoka County, MN Lot 4, Block 1, Oakridge Industrial Park, Anoka County, MN SF_CTION 3. EFFECTIVE DATE This Ordinance becomes effective thirty (30) days after its publication sub- ject to the City Charter Section 5.07.
