SUMMARY <br /> The following official summary of <br />Ordinance #05-32 has been approved by <br />the City Council of the City of Ramsey as <br />clearly informing the public of the intent <br />and effect of the Ordinance. <br /> It is the intent and effect of Ordinance <br />#05-32 to amend Ramsey City Code <br />Chapter 9 (Zoning and Subdivision of <br />Land) to: <br /> * Renumber existing Subsection <br />9.11,14 (Compliance) to 9,11.15. <br /> · Establish regulations and guide- <br />lines for exterior solid fuel-fired beating <br />devices. <br /> SECTION 2.
