<br />Councilmember Specht introduced the followingresolution and moved for its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION#22-285 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ORDERING PLANSAND SPECIFICATIONSFOR IMPROVEMENT <br />PROJECT #23-02, CENTRAL PARK MAIN PARKING LOT RECONSTRUCTION <br />WHEREAS,theCityofRamseyproposestoreconstructtheCentralParkmainparkinglot;and <br /> <br />th <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to Ramsey City Council resolution #22-089, adopted April 12, 2022, the <br />City Council accepted and awarded the proposal to Bolten & Menk, Inc., for Topographic Survey of the <br />project area; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, City staff has received and reviewed the Topographic Survey and has the capacity to <br />prepare plans and specifications for improvement project #23-02, Central Park Main Parking Lot <br />Reconstruction. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BEITRESOLVED BYTHE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA: <br /> <br />1) The Ramsey City Council hereby orders the City Engineer to prepare plans and specifications for <br />Improvement Project #23-02, Central Park Main Parking Lot Reconstruction. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />Howell, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />Mayor Kuzma <br />Councilmember Specht <br />Councilmember Howell <br />Councilmember Heineman <br />Councilmember Musgrove <br />Councilmember Riley <br />Councilmember Woestehoff <br />and the following voted against the same: <br />None <br /> <br />andthefollowingabstained: <br />None <br /> <br />andthefollowingwere absent: <br /> <br /> None <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />
