None <br /> <br />Business Communication Initiatives: Next Business Network Meeting will be held on <br />Thursday, January, 26 2006 at Connexus Energy at 7:30-9:00 AM. The were sent out on the 29m <br />of December.- The Keynote Speaker will be David Piggott, the Executive Director fi:om Anoka <br />County Partners. So far there are 13 people that have signed up. <br /> <br />Communitw Revitalization Proiects <br /> <br />14040 Azurite St N-W: Construction is underway and should be complete early this Spring. <br />Martin EDM will be owning and occupying a 10,000 SF building. <br /> <br />14140 Azurite ST NW: Construction is complete for the Bertolas and Pekula Accounting firm <br />and they have moved in. There will be office lease oppommifies fi:om 1,000 to 5,000 Square <br />feet. <br />6030 Bunker Lake Boulevard NW: The property is being marketed to h~terested parties <br />including Zero-Zone who is contemplating an expansion. Zero-Zone is currently going through <br />an ownership change and when it is complete they intend to purchase this site for a furore <br />expansion. Discussions with Zero-zone continue and it is anticipated that the property will be <br />sold to them early next year. <br /> <br /> 14280 Sunfish Lake Blvd NW: Currently the City is looking at dedicating a portion of this site <br /> for part of a comprehensive drainage plan. The area of the site will be between 1 and 2 acres. <br /> There is no updated information for the details of the drainage plan. This site is being considered <br /> for Riverside Manufacturing. <br /> <br /> 5175 142nd Avenue NW: Staff received an inquiry about developing the site for a multi-tenant <br /> office building.
