Councilmember Johns introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION #18-028 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING MINNESOTA DEPARTMENT OF TRANS <br />PORTATION <br />DELEGATED CONTRACTING PROCESS AGREEMENT #1029992 <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to Minnesota Statute Section 161.36, the Commissioner of <br />Transportation be appointed as Agent of the City of. Ramsey accept to as its a federal aid <br />p agent, <br />funds which may be made available for eligible transportation related projects. <br />p p J <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br />1) The Mayor and City Administrator are hereby authorized and directed for and on behalf <br />of the City of Ramsey to execute and enter into an agreement with the Commissioner of <br />Transportation prescribing the terms and conditions of said federal aid participation as set <br />forth and contained in "Minnesota Department of Transportation Agency Agreement No. <br />1029992", a copy of which said agreement was before the City Council and which is <br />made a part hereof by reference. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />Kuzma, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />Mayor Strommen <br />Councilmember Johns <br />Councilmember Kuzma <br />Councilmember. Riley <br />Councilmember Shryock <br />and the following voted against the same: <br />None <br />and the following abstained: <br />None <br />and the following were absent: <br />Councilmember LeTourneau <br />Existing Vacancy <br />
