CONDITIONS <br />1. That this Permit is valid until April 1, 2023, at which time all elements of the ice rink must <br />be removed from Krypton Street. <br />2. That the ice rink is open and accessible to anyone wishing to use it. <br />3. That the Owners will maintain insurance across the rink during the duration that it is in <br />place. <br />4. That the Owners will apply annually for a new permit and provide current insurance and <br />sign a right-of-way license agreement before the rink is constructed. <br />5. That if the Owners fail to adhere to any of the above conditions, the City of Ramsey will <br />invoice the Owners for any costs associated with removal of the rink. <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, <br />ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, that the Mayor and City Clerk may sign the Right - <br />of -Way License Agreement. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Council Member <br />, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />and the following voted against the same: <br />and the following abstained: <br />and the following were absent: <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this <br />the 10th day of January, 2023. <br />ATTEST: <br />City Clerk <br />Mayor <br />RESOLUTION #23-020 <br />Page 2 of 2 <br />
