MAYOR, COUNCIL AND STAFF INPUT <br />Mayor Kuzma shared that the tree lighting event is scheduled for this Thursday with Santa at 5:30 <br />p.m. <br />Councilmember Musgrove commented that the Elk River High School football team won the 5A <br />championship. <br />Councilmember Heineman thanked the residents of Ward 1 who voted for him and thanked the <br />residents for being engaged in the community. He stated he is excited to see Michael Olson move <br />into the Ward 1 position. <br />The Council thanked Councilmember Heineman. <br />City Administrator Hagen announced upcoming meetings and events. He introduced Stephanie <br />Hanson, the new Community Development Director. <br />Councilmember Specht wished the Ramsey residents a Merry Christmas and Happy New Year. <br />9.
