Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION #23-021 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING CASH DISBURSEMENTS MADE AND AUTHORIZING <br />PAYMENT OF ACCOUNTS PAYABLE INVOICING RECEIVED DURING THE <br />PERIOD OF DECEMBER 8, 2022, THROUGH DECEMBER 27, 2022 <br />WHEREAS, the City of Ramsey Finance Department has made cash disbursements and <br />received accounts payable invoicing during the period of December 8, 2022, through December <br />27, 2022, in the amount of $4,029,172.20 and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Ramsey is required to authorize payment for <br />all disbursement transactions. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br />1) That the Ramsey City Council hereby approves the cash disbursements made and <br />authorizes payment of the accounts payable invoices as detailed in the attached Bills List <br />for the period December 8, 2022, through December 27, 2022, in the amount of <br />$4,029,172.20. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />Woestehoff, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />Mayor <br />Councilmember <br />Councilmember <br />Councilmember <br />Councilmember <br />Councilmember <br />Councilmember <br />and the following voted against the same: <br />None <br />and the following abstained: <br />None <br />and the following were absent: <br />None <br />
