NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA: <br /> <br />1) That the City Council hereby authorizes final payment to North Valley, Inc., of Nowthen, <br />Minnesota for Improvement Project #22-04, 2022 Neighborhood Pavement Overlay <br />Improvements, in the amount of $41,521.57. <br /> <br />2) The City Council hereby accepts the project and authorizes the Mayor and City <br />Administrator to sign and release form for this payment. <br /> <br />3) The total amount of this payment is not included in resolutions approving payment of bills <br />for the date of January 10, 2023. <br /> <br />4) That the City of Ramsey Finance Department will be given a signed copy of this resolution. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />Howell, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br /> Mayor Kuzma <br /> Councilmember Woestehoff <br /> Councilmember Howell <br /> Councilmember Musgrove <br /> Councilmember Olson <br /> Councilmember Riley <br /> Councilmember Specht <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br /> None <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br /> None <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br /> None <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council <br />th <br />this the 10 day of January, 2023. <br /> <br /> Mayor <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br /> <br />City Clerk <br />Resolution #23-010 <br />Page 2 of 2 <br />
