ORDINANCE NO. 06- <br /> <br /> CITY OF RAMSEY <br /> ANOKA COUNTY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE VACATING AN EASEMENT FOR UILITY PURPOSES IN THE <br />CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />The City of Ramsey Ordains: <br /> <br />SECTION 1. AUTHORITY <br /> <br />This ordinance is adopted pursuant to and under the authority of the Home Rule Charter of the <br />City of Ramsey, Section 12:06 and Minnesota Statutes 412.851 <br /> <br />SECTION 2. VACATION <br /> <br />The following described dedicated utility easement is hereby vacated, to-wit: <br /> <br /> Outlot A, Ramsey Town Center 8th Addition, according to the recorded plat thereof, <br /> Anoka County, Minnesota <br /> <br /> SECTION 3.
