Following recent City Council <br />action to not pursue means of eminent domain to acquire the trail easements, we have <br />contacted and/or left messages with all remaining property owners where sewer easements are <br />still necessary. Those that we have been able to reach thus far are willing to work with us on <br />the sewer easement portion of the project. <br /> <br />The attached spreadsheet is an updated status list. We are confident that we will be able to <br />acquire the majority of sewer easements over the course of the next two weeks, as well as <br />clearly identify those parcels where city action to acquire easements in an alternative manner <br />will be necessary.
