These resolutions are a result of Anoka County's request to <br />the County State Aid Screening Board for the designation of additional State Aid mileage in Anoka <br />County. The request has been approved, and results in the addition of 5.39 miles of County State Aid <br />Highway in Anoka County; and the City of Ramsey as detailed below: <br /> <br />· CR 116 (Bunker Lake Boulevard NW) from CSAH 83 (Armstrong Boulevard) to CSAH 57/CR <br />57 (Sunfish Lake Boulevard) within the City of Ramsey be designated as CSAH 116. The length <br />of this se,mnent is 2.39 miles. <br /> <br />· CR 56 (Ramsey Boulevard) from US Highway 10 to CSAH 5 (Nowthen Boulevard) within the <br />City of Ramsey be designated as CSAH 56. The length of this segment is 3.00 miles. <br /> <br />To make the designation change official for CSAH 116 and CSAH 56, we need concurrence from the <br />City of Ramsey. Consequently, I have attached Drgft Resolutions for the City Council to consider at its <br />earliest convenience, and return to me as soon as possible. In order for the County to realize benefits from <br />this added mileage, it is essential that I forward these resolutions to the State Aid Office prior to the close <br />of 2005. Therefore, your immediate attention is necessary. <br /> <br />If you have any concerns or questions regarding this designation change in your community, feel free to <br />contact me.
