-224- <br /> <br /> BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br /> Anoka County, Minnesota <br /> <br />DATE: November 22, 2005 RESOLUTION//2005-173 <br />OFFERED BY COMMISSIONER: Berg <br /> <br />RESOLUTION REVISING THE COUNTY STATE AID <br /> HIGHWAY SYSTEM <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Anoka County Board of Commissioners has requested revisions to its State Aid <br />system through the County State Aid Highway (CSAH) Screening Board under the provisions of Minnesota <br />Law; and, <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the CSAH Screening Board has recommended revisions to the Anoka County State Aid <br />system and the addition of 22.13 miles of CSAH in the County of Anoka: <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE. BE IT RESOLVED by the Anoka County Board of Commissioners that the <br />following change to the Anoka County highway system be made: <br /> <br />That County Road 56 (Ramsey Boulevard) from US Highway 10 to CSAH 5 (Nowthen Boulevard) <br />within the city of Ramsey be designated as CSAH 56. The length of this segment is 3.00 miles. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the above listed CSAH be establisheck <br />locamd, and desi~ated as a CSAH of said Anoka County, subject to concurrence from the City of Ramsey <br />and approval by the Commissioner of Transportation, State of Minnesota. <br /> <br /> BE IT FINALLY RESOLVED that the county en~neer is hereby authorized and directed to forward <br />one certified copy of this resolution to the City of Ramsey for their consideration and forward two cen. ified <br />copies of this resolution to the Minnesota Commissioner of Transportation f6r their consideration, and that <br />upon approval of the designation of said routes or portions thereof, that the same be constructed, improved, <br />and maintained as CSAHs of the County of Anoka to be numbered as indicated above. <br /> <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA) <br /> SS <br />COUNTY OF ANOKA ) <br /> <br /> I.
