Sylvia Frolik <br />Community Development Director Patrick Tmdgeon <br />Police Chief James Way~ <br />City Attorney William Goodrich <br /> <br />CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec called the meeting to order at 7:'00 p.m. and called upon Councilmember Elvig to <br />lead in the Pledge of Allegiance. <br /> <br />White Bear Lake High School Student Matt Christianson introduced himself and stated he is here <br />tonight for his American Government Class. <br /> <br />CITIZEN INPUT <br /> <br />John Enstrom, resident, suggested the Council consider utilizing chips from the trees destroyed <br />in the recent storms to make a wood chip pathway to mn along Trottbrook or some other <br />environmentally friendly areas. These walkways could be used for things like nature walks and <br />cross country skiing. <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec indicated Mr. Enstrom's idea will be forwarded to the Park Department. <br /> <br />City Council / December 13, 2005 <br /> Page 3 of 37 <br /> -29- <br /> <br /> <br />
