Motion by Councilmember Cook, seconded by Councilmember Jeffrey, to adopt Resolution #05- 12-418 adopting the City of Ramsey's 2006-2010 Capital Improvement Program (CIP). Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Gamec, Councilmembers Cook, Jeffrey, Elvig, Pearson, and Strommen. Voting No: None. Absent: Councilmember Olson. Case #3: Public Hearing and Request for Vacation of Easement in Ramsey Town Center 8th Addition; Case of Ramsey Town Center, LLC Mayor Gamec closed the regular portion of the City Council meeting at 7:10 p.m. in order to conduct a public heating. Public Hearing Mayor Gamec called the public hearing to order at 7:10 p.m. Presentation Assistant Community Development Director/HRA Executive Director Frolik explained as part of tonight's agenda, the City Council is reviewing the proposed preliminary plat of Ramsey Town Center 12~h Addition. There is an underlying drainage and utility easement on the property that will need to be vacated. The easement to be vacated encumbered the area where a culvert was installed under the trail in Bunker Lake Blvd. As a result of the implementation of the grading plan for Ramsey Town Center 8t~ Addition, that easement is no longer required and the culvert has been removed. The easement must be vacated as it lies within the boundaries of Ramsey Town Center 12th Addition, which is currently in the platting process. Citizen Input There was none. Motion by Councilmember Elvig, seconded' by Councilmember Cook, to close the public hearing. Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Gamec, Councilmembers Elvig, Cook, Jeffrey, Pearson, and Strommen. Voting No: Nonel Absent: Councilmember Olson.
