there may be a liquor store in the building and questioned if the City can restrict who they rent <br />to. <br /> <br />Acting Community Development Director Frolik replied that the City cannot restrict to whom <br />they rent space if the use is identified as a permitted use in that zoning district. <br /> <br />Commissioner Jensen inquired as to when it was determined that the frontage road along <br />Highway #10 should run in the front of the properties rather than to the rear. <br /> <br />Acting Community Development Director Frolik replied that she understood that Council was <br />interested in reviewing a frontage road versus a rear service road. <br /> <br />Commissioner Jensen stated that the safety concerns in regards to conflicting headlights along <br />Highway #10 needs to be considered. <br /> <br />Commissioner Wivoda inquired if the tower ordinance will be amended. <br /> <br />Acting Community Development Director Frolik replied that she will add review of tower <br />ordinance to the next agenda. <br /> <br />Chairperson Anderson requested a map locating all existing towers be provided at that meeting. <br />ADJOURNMENT <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Johnson, seconded by Commissioner Wivoda, to adjourn the meeting. <br /> <br />Motion Carried.
