Remedies suggested for the issues listed above were: 1) Council goals; 2) A more timely <br />mechanism than meeting minutes for an effective exchange between the Planning Commission <br />and City Council. Consensus was that a member of the Planning Commission could attend the <br />Council meetings and report back to the Planning Commission. City Staff will also work to <br />process meeting minutes in a more timely manner. It was also suggested that it might be helpful <br />for the Planning Commission to receive a copy of the City Administrator's Weekly Update and <br />the Update should be expanded to include a summary of any Planning Commission or City <br />Council meetings held each week. <br /> <br />There was agreement that Bill Hudson may conduct one-on-one interviews with willing <br />Councilmembers and Commissioners. <br /> <br />The next joint meeting of the Planning Commission and City Council was set for Monday, <br />March 20 from 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. <br /> <br />ADJOURNMENT <br /> <br />The consensus of the members present was to adjourn this special meeting of the Planning <br /> <br />Commission and City Council at 7:05 p.m. <br /> <br />RespectfuIly submitted, <br /> <br />Sylvia Frolik <br />Community Development Director <br /> <br />dministrator <br /> <br /> <br />
