The site is on properties <br />generally known as, 14622 Ferret St NW and 14650 Ferret St NW and are legally described as follows: <br />Lot 2, Block 1, HY-10 RAMSEY, together with that part of the Southwest quarter of the <br />Northeast quarter of Section 29, Township 32, Range 25, lying Northeasterly of the <br />Northeasterly right-of-way line of the Burlington Northern Railroad, subject to easements <br />of record, Anoka County, Minnesota; and <br />Lot 1, Block 1, HY-10 RAMSEY, subject to easements of record, Anoka County, <br />Minnesota <br />All interested persons are invited to attend and comment on the proposed requests. <br />In addition, the City Council will hold a Public Hearing on February 14, 2023, at 7:OOp.m. at the Ramsey <br />Municipal Center, 7550 Sunwood Drive NW, Ramsey, MN 55303, for purpose of considering a request for <br />an Easement Vacation. <br />The City of Ramsey complies with the Americans with Disabilities Act and upon advance request, <br />infoiivation will be provided in an alternative foiiu and interpreters will be available.
