All of the dwellings constructed on the parcels identified in Item #1 of this Variance shall <br />maintain a twenty-five (25) foot setback from the public road right-of-way. <br /> <br />No construction shall commence until the approved final plat has been recorded and the <br />issuance of a building permit. <br /> <br />o <br /> <br />This Variance shall automatically become null and void if it is not initiated within twelve <br />(12) months of the date of approval, unless an extension is granted at the written request <br />of the Permittee.
