Record iD 1634217 <br /> <br />485506.002 <br /> <br />Councilmember Elvig introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> RESOLUTION #05-11-371 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE ISSUANCE OF A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT <br />TO EXCEED ACCESSORY BUILDING SQUARE FOOTAGE RESTRICTIONS AT 9501 <br />INVERNESS LANE NW BASED ON FINDINGS OF FACT AND DECLARING TERMS <br />OF SAME: <br /> <br /> WHEREAS~ Troy and Jennifer Stencrson (Permittee) have properly applied for a <br />conditional use permit to exceed the accessory building square footage restrictions established in <br />section 9.11.02 "Accessory Uses" of City Code on the property generally known as 9501 <br />Invemess Lane NW and legally described as follows: <br /> <br /> Lot 2, Block 1 Northfork Highlands 2nd Addition, Anoka County, Minnesota <br /> <br /> (Subject Property) <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Planning Commission met on November 3, 2005, conducted the <br />public hearing and recommended City Council approval of the request. <br /> <br /> NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THIS CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1. Based on Findings of Fact #0746, a Conditional Use Permit (Permit) to exceed the accessory <br /> building square footage restriction for said property as established in City Code, is hereby <br /> granted to Troy and Jennifer Stenerson, hereinafter referred to as the "Permittee" <br /> <br />2. That the new accessory building shall not exceed 1,200 square feet and the total accessory <br /> building space on the subject property shall not exceed 2,284 square feet. <br /> <br />3. That the sidewall height of the new accessory building shall not exceed ten (10) feet. <br /> <br />4. That the mean gable height of the new accessory building shall not exceed twenty-two (22) <br /> feet. <br /> <br /> 5. That the new accessory building shall be limited to a single story. <br /> <br />6. That the construction of the detached accessory building on the Subject Property shall require <br /> issuance of a building permit from the City of Ramsey. <br /> <br /> <br />
