Record iD 1634217 485506.002 Councilmember Elvig introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION #05-11-371 A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE ISSUANCE OF A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT TO EXCEED ACCESSORY BUILDING SQUARE FOOTAGE RESTRICTIONS AT 9501 INVERNESS LANE NW BASED ON FINDINGS OF FACT AND DECLARING TERMS OF SAME: WHEREAS~ Troy and Jennifer Stencrson (Permittee) have properly applied for a conditional use permit to exceed the accessory building square footage restrictions established in section 9.11.02 "Accessory Uses" of City Code on the property generally known as 9501 Invemess Lane NW and legally described as follows: Lot 2, Block 1 Northfork Highlands 2nd Addition, Anoka County, Minnesota (Subject Property) WHEREAS, the Planning Commission met on November 3, 2005, conducted the public hearing and recommended City Council approval of the request. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THIS CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1. Based on Findings of Fact #0746, a Conditional Use Permit (Permit) to exceed the accessory building square footage restriction for said property as established in City Code, is hereby granted to Troy and Jennifer Stenerson, hereinafter referred to as the "Permittee" 2. That the new accessory building shall not exceed 1,200 square feet and the total accessory building space on the subject property shall not exceed 2,284 square feet. 3. That the sidewall height of the new accessory building shall not exceed ten (10) feet. 4. That the mean gable height of the new accessory building shall not exceed twenty-two (22) feet. 5. That the new accessory building shall be limited to a single story. 6. That the construction of the detached accessory building on the Subject Property shall require issuance of a building permit from the City of Ramsey.
