Commissioner Dempsey inquired if it would be possible to construct Barium Street as a one-way <br />southbound street if it is connected to the existing neighborhood. <br /> <br />City Engineer Jankowski replied that it would be possible to post the street as a one-way. <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Dempsey, seconded by Commissioner Jensen, to suggest that Argon <br />Street be a cul-de-sac within the development, evaluate the possibility of constructing Barium <br />Street as a one-way to prohibit any northbound traffic and the possibility of making Barium <br />Street a cul-de-sac with no access to the existing development, with staff presenting a report to <br />the Commission regarding both plans. <br /> <br />Motion Carried. Voting Yes: Chairperson Anderson, Commissioners Dempsey, Jensen, <br />Kociscak, Nixt, and Wivoda. Voting No: None. Absent: Commission Johnson. <br /> <br />COMMISSION INPUT <br /> <br />1) Information Item: Systematic Refrigeration <br /> <br />City Planner Rasmussen stated that the City of Ramsey received a request for site plan approval <br />from Systematic Refrigeration for a new facility. This site plan was approved at the March 6, <br />2000 Planning Commission Meeting. Since the March 6, 2000 Planning Commission Meeting, <br />Systematic Refrigeration has contacted staff regarding an omission from the site plan, an exterior <br />storage enclosure. Staff had requested that a new revised site plan be presented at the March 14, <br />2000 City Council meeting and that the Planning Commission be given an opportunity to review <br />and approve the exterior storage enclosure at the March 20, 2000 continuance meeting. City <br />Council approved the amended site plan on March 14, 2000. <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Nixt, seconded by Commissioner Wivoda, to approve the previously <br />submitted revised site plan from Systematic Refrigeration as approved by the City Council on <br />March 14, 2000. <br /> <br />Motion Carried. Voting Yes: Chairperson Anderson, Commissioners Nixt, Wivoda, Dempsey, <br />Jensen, and Kociscak. Voting No: None.
