Councilmember Pearson introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> RESOLUTION #05-11-386 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION GRANTING FINAL PLAT APPROVAL OF CLEMENS SECOND <br />ADDITION <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Vincent and Evelyn Clemens, hereafter referred to as "Developers", have <br />properly applied for plat approval on the following described property located in the City of <br />Ramsey: <br /> <br /> Lot 1, Block 1; Clemens Second Addition, Anoka County, Minnesota <br /> <br /> AND WHEREAS, on October 5, 2005 the City received application and sketch plan <br />from Vincent Clemens for Clemens Second Addition; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Ramsey Planning Commission met on November 3, 2005, and provided <br />comments on the sketch plan of Clemens Second Addition and directed the Developer to proceed <br />to the final plat stage; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City received the proposed final plat for approval on October 5, 2005. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1) That the Ramsey City Council hereby grants final plat approval to Clemens Second Addition <br /> in accordance with relevant City Codes and contingent upon developer entering into a <br /> development agreement with the City. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />Olson, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereofi <br /> <br /> Mayor Gamec <br /> Councilmember Pearson <br /> Councilmember Olson <br /> Councilmember Cook <br /> Councilmember Elvig <br /> Councilmember Jeffrey <br /> Councilmember Strommen <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> None <br /> <br /> <br />
