Councilmember Elvig introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION #05-11-387 RESOLUTION GRANTING FINAL PLAT APPROVAL OF MINKS BUSINESS PARK WHEREAS, on September 13, 2005, Minks Properties, LLC, hereafter referred to as "Applicant", properly applied for a minor subdivision to plat one buildable lot on the following legally described properties located in the City of Ramsey: Lot 4, Block 1, Oakridge Industrial Park, Anoka County, Minnesota -and- Lot 3, Block 1, Ramsey 67 Industrial Park, Anoka County, Minnesota -or upon recording- Lot 1, Block 1, Minks Business Park, Anoka County, Minnesota (the "Subject Property"); and WHEREAS, Section 9.50.05 of City Codes allow for the platting of three lots or less to be processed as a minor subdivision; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission reviewed and approved the sketch plan as required under Section 9.50.05 of the City Code on October 6, 2005 and November 3, 2005; and WHEREAS, the City Council reviewed the Final Plat on November 22, 2005. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: I) That the Ramsey City Council hereby grants final plat approval of Minks Business Park in accordance with relevant City Codes, contingent upon compliance with City Staff Review letter dated November 18, 2005. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Pearson, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereofi Mayor Gamec Councilmember Elvig Councilmember Pearson Conncilmember Cook Councilmember Jeffrey Councilmember Olson Councilmember Strommen
