Councilmember Elvig introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION #05-11-387 <br />RESOLUTION GRANTING FINAL PLAT APPROVAL OF MINKS BUSINESS PARK <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, on September 13, 2005, Minks Properties, LLC, hereafter referred to as <br />"Applicant", properly applied for a minor subdivision to plat one buildable lot on the following <br />legally described properties located in the City of Ramsey: <br /> <br /> Lot 4, Block 1, Oakridge Industrial Park, Anoka County, Minnesota <br /> <br /> -and- <br /> <br /> Lot 3, Block 1, Ramsey 67 Industrial Park, Anoka County, Minnesota <br /> <br /> -or upon recording- <br /> <br /> Lot 1, Block 1, Minks Business Park, Anoka County, Minnesota <br /> <br /> (the "Subject Property"); and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Section 9.50.05 of City Codes allow for the platting of three lots or less to <br />be processed as a minor subdivision; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Planning Commission reviewed and approved the sketch plan as <br />required under Section 9.50.05 of the City Code on October 6, 2005 and November 3, 2005; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council reviewed the Final Plat on November 22, 2005. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />I) That the Ramsey City Council hereby grants final plat approval of Minks Business Park in <br /> accordance with relevant City Codes, contingent upon compliance with City Staff Review <br /> letter dated November 18, 2005. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />Pearson, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereofi <br /> <br /> Mayor Gamec <br /> Councilmember Elvig <br /> Councilmember Pearson <br /> Conncilmember Cook <br /> Councilmember Jeffrey <br /> Councilmember Olson <br /> Councilmember Strommen <br /> <br /> <br />
