Commencing at the Southeast Comer of said North Half of the Southeast Quarter; thence North 0 degrees 42 minutes 40 seconds East, along the East line of said North Half of Southeast Quarter, a distance of 174.80 feet, and to the point of beginning herein; thence continuing North 0 degrees 42 minutes 40 seconds East, a distance of 162.21 feet; thence South 89 degrees 52 minutes 33 seconds West, parallel with the South line of said North Half of the Southeast Quarter, a distance of 1,389.46 feet, to the center line of County State Aid Highway No. 5, as now laid out and traveled; thence Southeasterly along said center line of said County State Aid Highway No. 5 to a point of intersection with a line drawn West from the point of beginning and parallel with the said South line of said North Half of Southeast Quarter; thence East along said parallel line, a distance of 1,296.32 feet, to the point of beginning and there terminating.
