Chairperson Nixt introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #05-12-394 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ADOPTING FINDINGS OF FACT//0748 RELATING TO A REQUEST <br />FOR A VARIANCE TO THE MAXIMUM FRONT YARD SETBACK AND MAXIMUM <br />DRIVEWAY LENGTH FOR THE PROPOSED PLAT OF RAMSEY TOWN CENTER <br />12TM ADDITION. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Ramsey Town Center, LLC, hereinafter referred to as "Applicant," has <br />properly applied for a variance from Section 9.20.25, Subd. 3.b, regarding maximum front yard <br />setbacks and driveway lengths in the TC-4a sub-district of Town Center, on the property legally <br />described as follows: <br /> <br />Outlot A, Ramsey Town Center 8th Addition, according to the recorded plat thereof, <br />Anoka County, Minnesota <br /> <br />or uponrecording: <br /> <br />Lots 1-12, Block 1, Ramsey Town Center 12th Addition, according to the recorded <br />plat thereof, Anoka County, Minnesota <br /> <br />(the "Subject Property") <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT OF THE <br />CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />That the Board of Adjustment conducted a public hearing pursuant to Section 9.03.07 of the <br />Ramsey City Code on December 1, 2005, and that said public hearing was properly <br />advertised, and that the minutes of said public hearing are hereby incorporated as a part of <br />these findings by reference. <br /> <br />2. That the Subject Property is zoned Town Center, Sub-district TC-4a, and is approximately 3 <br /> acres in size. <br /> <br />3. That the adjacent properties are zoned TC-4a and the property on the south side of Bunker <br /> Lake Blvd. is zoned TC-4b. <br /> <br />That Section 9.20.25, Subd. 3.b, establishes a minimum front yard setback of 0 feet and a <br />maximum front yard setback of 25 feet, as measured from building front to edge of sidewalk, <br />edge of right-of-way, or to back of street curb. <br /> <br />5. That Section 9.20.25, Subd. 3.b, establishes a minimum driveway length of 20 feet and a <br /> maximum driveway length of 25 feet. <br /> <br /> <br />
