Board Member Max asked whether or not the Environmental Policy Board reports to the City <br />Council by Ward. Coordinator Anderson stated that he would research this for clarification to <br />the Board Members. Chairperson McDilda stated that the Board members were appointed to the <br />task force prior to the City Wards being set up. <br /> <br />Board Member Olds reminded Chairperson McDilda that there was a motion to table Case #5 <br />and #6 until the January meeting, and Case #7 would be the last case of the year. <br /> <br />Board Member Sibilski seconded the motion. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Chairperson McDilda, Board Members Olds, Sibilski, Bentz, and <br />Max. Voting No: None Absent: Board Members Freeburg and Hustvedt. <br /> <br />Case #7: Appointment of Chairperson and Vice Chairperson for Year 2006 <br /> <br />Motion by Board Member Olds to retain the current Chairperson and Vice Chairperson to hold <br />their positions for the following year, 2006. <br /> <br />There being no other nominations, Chairperson McDilda and Vice Chairperson Max accepted <br />the nominations. <br /> <br />Board Member Sibilski seconded the motion. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Chairperson McDilda, Commissioners Olds, Sibilski, Bentz, and <br />Max. Voting No: None. Absent: Board Members Freeburg and Hustvedt. <br /> <br />BOARD INPUT <br /> <br />Chairperson McDilda noted that the City observes the 2na of January as a holiday. Board <br />Members discussed a change of meeting dates. <br /> <br />Zoning & Recycling Coordinator Anderson suggested the Board consider meeting on January 9, <br />2006. <br /> <br />Zoning & Recycling Coordinator Anderson stated that he would verify that the City Hall <br />Conference Room was open the evening of January 9, 2006 and would follow up with Board <br />members. <br /> <br />Chairperson McDilda asked Zoning & Recycling Coordinator Anderson to notify Board <br />members by E-mail to confirm the date, in the case of a conflicting January 9, 2006 City meeting <br />on the calendar, or a facility meeting place conflict. <br /> <br />ADJOURNMENT <br /> <br />Motion by Board Member Max and seconded by Board Member Olds to adjourn the meeting. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Chairperson McDilda, Commissioners Olds, Sibilski, Bentz, and <br />Max. Voting No: None.
