Councilmember Strommen introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #05-08-252 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION DESIGNATING FINANCIAL INSTITUTION-H&R BLOCK AS <br />ANOFFICIAL DEPOSITORY OF CITY FUNDS FOR 2005 <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Ramsey must designate certain institutions as official <br />depositories of City funds in accordance with Minnesota Statutes Chapter 118A.04. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />That the City of Ramsey hereby appoints the following financial institution as an <br />additional depository of City funds for 2005: <br /> <br />Brokerage Houses: <br /> <br />H & R Block <br />Bloomfield Hills, Michigan <br /> <br />The motion for adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />Pearson, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br /> Mayor <br /> Councilmember Strommen <br /> Cotmcilmember Pearson <br /> Councilmember Cook <br /> Councilmember Elivg <br /> Councilmember Olson <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br /> None <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br /> None <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br /> Councilmember Jeffrey <br /> <br /> <br />
