Councilmember Cook introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION #05-10-363 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ENDING THE PROBATIONARY PERIOD FOR A PATROL OFFICER <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Nicholas Dahlberg was hired as a patrol officer on October 13, 2004; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Mr. Dahlberg has successfully completed a one year probationary <br />period as a patrol officer; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Personnel Committee, at its October 25, 2005 meeting agreed <br />with staff's recommendation to end the probationary period for Nicholas Dahlberg effective <br />October 13, 2005. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1) The City Council of the City of Ramsey confirms the recommendation of the Personnel <br /> Committee to end the probationary period for Nicholas Dahlbcrg, effective October 13, <br /> 2005. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />Pearson, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br /> Mayor Garnet <br /> Councilmember Cook <br /> Councilmember Pearson <br /> Councilmember Elvig <br /> Councilmember Strommen <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br /> None <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br /> None <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br /> Councilmember Jeffrey <br /> Councilmember Olson <br /> <br /> <br />
