Councilmember Cook introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #05-11-372 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ENDING THE PROBATIONARY PERIOD FOR PUBLIC WORKS <br />MAINTENANCE WORKER <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Terry Byron began working for the City on March 28, 2005 and was <br />subject to a six-month probationary period; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Mr. Byron has successfully completed the required six-month probationary <br />period; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Personnel Committee, at its November 7, 2005 meeting agreed with <br />staff's recommendation to end the probationary period for Terry Byron, effective October 28, <br />2005. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THIS CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA as follows: <br /> <br />1) <br /> <br />The City Council of the City of Ramsey confirms the recommendation of the Personnel <br />Committee to end the probationary period for Terry Byron, effective October 28, 2005. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />Pearson, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereofi <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec <br />Councilmember Cook <br />Councilmember Pearson <br />Councilmember Elvig <br />Councilmember Jeffrey <br />Councilmember Olson <br />Councilmember Strommen <br /> <br />and the follo~ving voted against the same: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br /> <br />
