Councilmember <br /> <br />introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #06-01-X,~LX <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING 10TM PARTIAL PAYMENT TO GLEN REHBEIN <br />COMPANIES FOR IMPROVEMENT PROJECT #03-29 (SUNWOOD DRIVE NW AND <br />RHINESTONE STREET NW) <br /> <br /> WHEREAS on March 9, 2004, City Council adopted Resolution #04-03-066 approving <br />the plans and specifications for the above referenced work; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS PrinciPal City Engineer Brian Olson inspected the completed work and <br />recommended 1st partial payment to Glenn Rehbein Companies in the amount of $375,198.93. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS Principal City Engineer Brian Olson inspected the completed work and <br />recommended 2na partial payment to Glenn Rehbein Companies in the amount of $609,993.05. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS Principal City Engineer Brian Olson inspected the completed work and <br />recommended 3rd partial payment to Glenn Rehbein Companies in the amount of $576,964.93. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS Principal City Engineer Brian Olson inspected the completed work and <br />recom_mended 4® partial payment to Glenn Rehbein Companies in the amount of $526,319.93. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS Principal City Engineer Brian Olson inspected the completed work and <br />recommended 5th partial payment to Glenn Rehbein Companies in the amount of $194,849.03. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS Principal City Engineer Brian Olson inspected the completed work and <br />recommended 6th partial payment to Glenn Rehbein Companies in the amount of $870,532.37. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Principal City Engineer Brian Olson inspected the completed work and <br />recommended 7th partial payment to Glenn Rehbein Companies in the amount of $66,5 I7.52. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Principal City Engineer Brian Olson inspected the completed work and <br />recommended 8th partial payment to Glenn Rehbein Companies in the amount of $743,807.01. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Principal City Engineer Brian Olson inspected the completed work and <br />recommended 9th partial payment to Glenn Rehbein Companies in the amount of $52,86T92. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Principal City Engineer Brian Olson inspected the completed 'work and <br />recommended 10th partial payment to Glenn Rehbein Companies in the amount of $150,082.98. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Principal City Engineer Brian Olson inspected the completed work <br />and recommended 11th partial payment to Glenn Rehbein Companies in the amount of <br />$15,389.45. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #06-O1-X.3LX <br /> Page 1 of 2 <br /> -113- <br /> <br /> <br />
