Councilmember __ <br /> <br />introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #06-01-XXX <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING sTH PARTIAL PAYMENT TO BAUERLY COMPANIES FOR <br />IMPROVEMENT PROJECT//04-20 (ELMCREST PARK IMPROVEMENTS) <br /> WHEREAS, on June 22, 2004, City Council accepted the low bid of Bauerly Companies for <br /> <br />the above referenced work; and <br /> <br /> WltEREAS, Principal City Engineer Br/an <br />recommended 1st partial payment to Bauerly Companies <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Principal City Engineer Brian <br />recommended 2nd partial payment to Bauerly Companies <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Principal City Engineer Brian <br />recommended 3~ partial payment to Bauerly Companies <br /> <br /> WlIEREAS, Principal City Engineer Brian <br /> recommended 4~h partial payment to Bauerly Companies <br /> <br />Olson inspected the completed work and <br />in the amount of $103~968.00. <br /> <br />Olson inspected the completed work and <br />in the amount of $55,631.35. <br /> <br />Olson inspected the completed work and <br />in the amount of $267,698.66. <br /> <br />Olson inspected the completed work and <br />in the mount of $134,398.63. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Principal City Engineer Br/an Olson inspected the completed work and <br />recommended 5* partial payment to Bauerly Companies in the amount of $71,587.78. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1) That the City Council hereby authorizes 3rd partial payment to Bauerly Companies for <br /> Improvement Project //04-20, Elmcrest Park Improvements in the amount of $71,587.78 on <br /> January 24, 2006. <br /> <br />2) That the City Council authorizes the Mayor or City Administrator to sign the release form for <br /> this payment. <br /> <br />3) That the total amount of this payment is not included in resolutions approving payment of bills <br /> for the month of January 2006. <br /> <br />4) That the City of Ramsey Finance Department will be provided a signed copy of this resolution. <br /> The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember ~ <br /> and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #06-01-X,XX <br />Page 1 of 2 -149- <br /> <br /> <br />
